These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of printmgzn.com, app.printmgzn.com, comics.printmgzn.com, the MGZN apps, and related products and services (together, the “Services”) provided by Print Platform LLC (“MGZN,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Services
MGZN turns stories, recordings, and photos from you and the people you invite into printed magazines and comics, produced with the help of AI tools and mailed to the addresses you provide.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
3. Your content
You own the content you and your contributors submit. You grant MGZN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, edit, reproduce, print, and deliver that content solely to provide the Services to you and the people you share it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already printed or required for legal and accounting records.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content, including consent from people who appear in photos or recordings, and that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law.
4. AI-generated content
Parts of your magazine or comic may be transcribed, edited, laid out, or illustrated by AI systems based on your input. Output may contain errors and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing content before you approve it for print. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.
- Submit sexual content involving minors or content that exploits any person.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with anyone.
- Send messages or printed items to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the Services.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Orders, payment, and shipping
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Because each item is printed to order, an order cannot be cancelled once production begins. If an item arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund it. We are not responsible for errors in content you approved for print or for delays caused by carriers.
7. Text messaging terms
By checking the text-message consent box on an MGZN sign-in page, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code and notification text messages from MGZN about things you create, such as a text when the comic you made is ready to review, at the mobile number you provide. We do not send marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically one message for each comic you create. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email hello@printmgzn.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including the MGZN name, wordmark, designs, software, and templates, are owned by Print Platform LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant no rights to them beyond the use of the Services as intended.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to hello@printmgzn.com.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Sections 3 through 13 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Platform LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
